单侧唇裂患儿修复方法和手术年龄的选择

THE CHOICE OF METHOD AND AGE OF REPAIRING UNILATERAL CLEFT LIP PATIENTS

目的 :研究单侧唇裂患者治疗年龄的选定 ,比较下三角瓣法和旋转推进法的应用特点 ,以期指导临床术式的选择。 方法 :用三角瓣法修补单侧唇裂 131例 ;用旋转推进法修补 37例 ,并进行临床比较。 结果 :下三角瓣法设计简单 ,能使上唇保持动态的平衡 ;旋转推进法使上唇下部向前翘起较自然。 结论 :旋转推进法的设计更符合对唇裂修复的生理性原则 ,而下三角瓣法设计简单 ,并认为这两种方法能长期并存却不能相互取代。

Objective:To study the age of repairing unilateral cleft lip patients,and comparing Tennison 's method with Millard's to guide the choice of clinic. Methods:To compare Tennison 's method(to repair 131 cases)with Millard's(37cases)in clinic. Results:It is easy to be devised and remains moving balance for Tennison 's method.It is normal to raise the lower of upper lip to the front for Millard's. Conclusion:The device of Millard's method conforms to the requirement of reconstructing the lip on the physiological aspect,but Tennison's method is simple.Anyone of two methods could be used for ever.
