融合探索性与脚本方法的第三方软件测试模型及其应用 被引量:4

Research and Application of the Third-Party Software Testing Model Combining Exploratory and Script Testing Techniques

摘要 随着用户对软件质量关注程度的提升,第三方软件测试受到普遍重视,但实际中经常会遇到既要求测试活动有效开展,又留给第三方测试活动时间较短,而且提供的开发文档不全面等问题。运用探索性测试方法能够发挥其快速、灵活的优势,能较好地解决这些困难。但同时,探索性测试也存在着文档不足且测试充分度不易度量等问题;而良好的测试质量管理和完备的文档则是传统脚本测试的优势。针对这些特点,文章提出"脚本-会话测试模型",将探索性测试与经典脚本测试结合,同时扩展基于会话测试管理模式。通过测试某企业信息系统IT事件管理软件,验证该测试模型在B/S架构软件第三方测试中的适用性。 With the increasing attention to the software quality, the importance of third-party software testing is widely valued. High quality testing is often required without enough time or adequate documents. As an agile testing technique, exploratory testing can serve as a solution for such problems. However, exploratory testing exhibits the disadvantages in testing documentations and sufficiency measurement which, in turn, are the advantages of the classical script testing. Based on these observations, we propose a new software testing model, called "script-session testing model", combining exploratory testing and script testing with extended session-based testing management. The feasibility of such model in third-party testing for B/S systems is verified by an application in IT event management software for a business information system.
