开放大学与社区教育共同体建设研究——以无锡市为例

On the Community Construction of Open University and Community Education ——Taking Wuxi City as an Example

开放大学的建设与社区教育发展互相依托,彼此促进。社区教育是开放大学的办学内容之一,社区教育的发展也要依托开放大学。从电大转型而来的开放大学,自身具备融入社会、发展社区教育的独特优势。建设开放大学与社区教育的共同体,要着力于构建共同的组织架构,携手共建学习资源,搭建终身学习公共服务平台,借助项目开展各种形式的社区教育培训,以科研推动开放大学和社区教育的融合等。

The construction of Open University and the development of community education rely on each other and promote each other. Community education is one of the contents of Open University, and its development depends on Open University. Open University, transforming from TV University, has its unique advantages in social integration and community education develop- ment. To build a community of Open University and community education, it is necessary to build a common organizational struc- ture, to construct learning resources, to set up lifelong learning and public service platform, to cant out various forms of commu- nity education and training by means of projects and to promote the integration of Open University and community education by scientific research.
