高职学生预备党员教育评议体系的构建与实践 被引量:1

摘要 加强对学生预备党员的教育管理,有利于提高学生党员的综合素质。根据高职学生预备党员特点,从政治思想、组织纪律、学习实绩、作用发挥方面进行量化评议,最终构建高职学生预备党员教育评议体系;同时利用TOPSIS求得相对接近度,对学生预备党员进行优劣排序。应用实例表明,评价结果科学、合理、准确。 Strengthening the education and management of student Party members will boost the comprehensive quality of them. In terms of the characteristics of probationary Party members of vocational college students, a quantitative evaluation is made from the perspectives of political ideology, organization and discipline, learning achievement and the role they played to construct the final education evaluation system. Meanwhile, applying TOPSIS, a relative approach degree is acquired to rank them. It is showed that the evaluation is scientific, reasonable and accurate.
