摘要
对10000kW多功能守护船试航过程中产生剧烈振动的原因进行了分析,主要是船体尾部型线欠佳,造成螺旋桨前方来流不足,致使螺旋桨在不均匀伴流场和斜流场中运转时产生激振力,引起船体剧烈振动。通过修改船尾型线和增加尾鳍等措施,增大螺旋桨前方和上方来流空间,改善螺旋桨前方的不均匀伴流场,减小螺旋桨的激振力。同时,修改了附体尺寸,以减小附体对船尾伴流场的影响。通过以上改造,消除了船尾部的剧烈振动,取得了满意的效果。
Based on reason analysis to the excessive vibration of a 10000kW multi-purpose standby vessel during trial, it was found that the poor hull stem line of the vessel causes flow deficits in front of the propeller. Exciting force was induced during propeller operated in non-uniform wake field and helical flow field, and severe hull vibration was brought. By means of modifying vessel stern line and installing tail fin, flow space in front and top of the propeller was increased, and uneven wake field in the front of the propeller was improved, so that exciting force on the propeller was reduced. Meanwhile, through modification of hull appendage size, hull stern wake effect caused by appendage was reduced. Through above reconstruction, severe vibration in the stern has been eliminated and satisfactory results were achieved.
