摘要
目的:报道1例成人先天性巨输尿管症(CM)的诊断及治疗体会,并复习文献。方法:根据临床症状及B超、静脉尿路造影(IVU)等影像学检查,对CM进行诊断;治疗方案为手术,手术方式为输尿管裁剪整复加输尿管膀胱抗反流再植术。结果:患者术后6个月复查,症状消失,患肾积水减轻,无膀胱输尿管反流,效果良好。结论:CM的诊断主要依据临床症状及影像学检查,手术是治疗本病的有效方法。
Objective： To report the diagnosis and treatment of the congenital megaureter（CM） in adult and literature review. Methods： The patient was diagnosised by clinical symptom and B-ultrasound（B-US）,intravenous urogram（IVU）,and administered by surgical intervention. The modus operandi was ureteroneocystostomy following ureter tailoring. Results： The case was followed-up about six months. The result indicated that the clinic symptom disappeared and hydronephrosis and hydroureter reduced,and it was not vesicoureteral reflux. Conclusion： The diagnosis of the CM is based on symptom and imageology,surgery operation was effective in treatment of the CM.
