胃癌患者腹腔游离癌细胞及腹水CEA、CA199与临床病理的相关性研究

Relationship between intraperitoneal free cancer cells and peritoneal lavage level of CEA、CA199 in gastric cancer patients and clinicopathologic features

目的:探讨胃癌患者的腹腔游离癌细胞及腹水癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)与临床病理的关系,为诊断及预后评估提供依据。方法:测定163例行根治性切除胃癌患者腹腔冲洗液CEA、CA199表达水平,并采用细胞学方法检测腹腔游离癌细胞。结果:当肿瘤浸透浆膜、有淋巴结转移时腹腔游离癌细胞检出率明显升高(P<0.05),游离癌细胞检出与否与有无脉管侵犯及神经侵犯无明显关系(P>0.05),游离癌细胞阳性与腹水CEA、CA199高低无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔游离癌细胞与肿瘤侵犯深度及淋巴结转移情况等临床病理特点密切相关,与腹水CEA、CA199无明显相关性。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between the clinicopathologic features and intraperitoneal free cancer cells and peritoneal lavage level of CEA、CA199 in gastric cancer,and provide foundation for diagnosis and prognosis. Methods： The intraperitoneal free cancer cells and CEA、CA199 in 163 operable gastric cancer patients were tested by cytological examination. Results： The positive rate of free cancer cells in gastric cancer was sharply higher（ P 0. 05） when the tumor with serosal invasion,positive lymph node. But it was not related to the level of CEA and CA199（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The intraperitoneal free cancer cells is significantly related with the clinicopathologic features.
