微侵袭神经导航系统在神经外科中的应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 微侵袭神经导航系统是一项影像神经外科的新技术,它把现代显微外科技术、神经影像技术和立体定向技术通过计算机相结合,成为近年来微侵袭神经外科重要的组成部分。它在虚拟的数字化影像和实际的解剖结构之间建立起一种动态的联系,能在脑部手术中提供实时的定位导航。通过此系统可以选择最佳的手术入路,还可以精确定位术中病灶,并能够以最小的损伤使颅内病灶完整切除。本文对微侵袭神经导航系统的发展、构成、原理、临床应用、影响神经导航准确性的因素以及它未来的发展方向做一综述。
