On Guarantee of State Economic Security in Opening to the Outside World by Using Macroeconomic Control

对外开放无疑对国民经济起到了促进作用 ,但也给我们带来国家经济安全问题。论文从加强对外商直接投资的审批管理、增大产业政策的实施力度、强化外债管理、建立国家经济安全体系等方面论述了保证对外开放后的国家经济安全的政策与措施。

The policy of opening to the outside world has undoubtedly promoted the development of national economy.It,nevertheless,has brought about the problem of state economic security.From the aspects of approval and administration of foreign direct investment,enforcement of industry policies,administration of external debts,and establishment of state economic security system,the paper expounds the policies and measures taken to ensure the state economic security while opening to the outside world.
