摘要 研究“跨大西洋贸易与投资伙伴关系”（1TrIP）的进展与影响，有三个问题较为重要： （一）欧美建立TTIP的动机是什么？ 顾名思义，TTIP主要涉及欧美之间的贸易和投资。概而言之，它主要包括以下三方面的内容：降低贸易壁垒；
