Improvemevt of overall quality of students is an inevitable choice to adapt ourselves to the times of intellectual economy and the world trend of educational development;and carrying lifelong education is a guarantee to successively improve quality of our people.Lifelong education, in pedagogical perception and tactics ,is the reaction to quality of our people required by the development of the times.Only through lifelong education can we reach the target of quality inprovement, which must be implemented through the educational mode of taking students as the main body,their learning as the center and training of their creative competence as the goal.
