摘要
公共连接点(简称PCC)上的电压波动是多个污染用户共同作用的结果,闪变监测无法评估各个闪变污染用户对电网的注入污染量。提出一种基于闪变污染用户建模及虚拟场景评价的危害评估方法。首先建立用户闪变污染模型,从PCC电压和电流监测数据辨识模型参数,进而基于动态相量法建立电力网络的数学模型,构建用户污染注入量的评估场景,定义并计算用户的污染注入量评估指标。通过仿真对比了三种用户污染模型的评估结果,验证了评估方法的可行性。
Voltage fluctuation at the point of common coupling (PCC) is usually caused by more than one flicker sources. The flicker severity measured at PCC can’t indicate the amount of pollution propagating into the grid. An interference evaluation method based on flicker-type customer modeling and virtual evaluation scenarios is proposed. First, the models of the flicker-type customer are established and parameters of the models are identified by detecting the voltage and current of PCC. Then, the dynamic phasor method is used to model the power network and construct evaluation scenarios and compute the severity of customer disturbance injection. Finally, the validity of the evaluation method is verified by simulation with three different disturbance models.
