To Perfect the Regulatory System of the Government's Income Allocation for lts Residents

:政府对居民收入分配进行调控 ,是与社会主义市场经济相适应的宏观调控的重要组成部分 ,在调节收入差距、维护社会公平和启动市场、发展经济中发挥着重要作用 ,但目前还存在着调控组织机构不规范、调控体系不健全、调控范围过窄和调控效果不佳等问题 ,必须本着长短结合、标本兼治。

It is an important consituent part of its macro-madification which keeps pace with the socialist market-oriented economy for the government to readjust the income allocation for its residents.It also plays an important role in readjusting the income differences,maintaining social justice,motivating the market and developing the economy.However,at persent,there still exist such problems as nonstandardization of the adjustment organizations,imperfection of the regulatory system,limited range of modification and dissatisfactory results of the modification.Therefore,comprehensive measures must be taken to tackle the problems by taking the difficult and easy problems into consideration,giving priority to the important ones and soloing them once and for all.
