生产是以人类生命延续为内容 ,以人际关系和精神文化为形式的自然历史过程。有害性生产是由于主观或客观原因而未能恰当认识和遵循生产规律 ,进而导致破坏自然生态环境、危害人类社会生活等灾害性后果的生产行为。无害化生产的评价标准只能从全人类共同利益和自然生态系统整体安全中派生出来。实现无害化生产的关键环节在于规范企业行为。无害化生产已逐渐被确认为企业伦理和环境道德的一项基本义务 。

Nocuous production results in the destruction of natural environment and causes great detriment to the social life of the mankind. The standards of nocuous production should be set up in line with the common interests of the mankind and the safety of the entire natural eco-system.
