To Perfect the Legal System of Supervision is the Key to Effectively Supervising Cadres

如何有效地监督制约领导干部手中的权力 ,防止权力异化和腐败 ,是我们党和国家面临的一项重要而紧迫的任务。历史的经验告诉我们 ,要从根本上解决这一问题 ,必须使权力监督制约法制化。目前我国虽已初步建立起权力监督制约体制 ,但还存在不少缺陷 ,因此必须有针对性地进一步完善我国的监督法制 。
