:单位犯罪主体是相对于自然人犯罪主体的一类犯罪主体 ,是认定单位犯罪成立的关键。单位犯罪主体具有依法成立、具备刑事责任能力等特征。单位犯罪主体包括公司、企业、事业单位、机关、团体。既有具备法人资格的单位 ,也有不具备法人资格的单位。单位的性质不同 。

Subject of unit crime is the key to establishing unit crime,which is comparatively to that of natural one. Subject of unit crime possesses the following characteristics:establishing legally and having criminal capacity,consisting of companies,erterprises,institutions,government orgnizations as well as mass groups,including both legal entities and non corporations.The nature of unit determines the establishing of subject of unit crime.
