Study on Methodology of Random Route Generation for Lab Testing

提出了一种在实验室对现网路由表进行模拟的算法,通过对现网中路由分布情况进行分析,提出关键参数、模型和算法,并通过Ixia公司的XM系列测试仪表进行模拟,在运营商实验室得到了成功实践。

This article raises a methodology of simulating BGP routing table in a lab testing enviroment. By analysis the route distrubution in real network, this methodology defines the perametres, route model, and agrithom. Finally by leveraging Ixia XM series tester, the methodology successfully be used for evaluate core routers at Carrier＇ s lab.
