整合素连接激酶(ILK)在早期肝病、肝硬化及肝细胞癌组织中表达及临床意义

ILK Expression and Clinical Significance in Early Liver Disease,Cirrhosis and Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的探讨ILK在早期肝病、肝硬化及肝细胞癌中的表达及临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组化技术(S-P法)检测ILK在103例早期肝病、肝硬化和肝细胞癌中的表达。结果 ILK在早期肝病、肝硬化和肝细胞癌中的表达阳性率呈明显递增趋势。各级肝病、肝硬化与肝细胞癌相比ILK的表达率差异具有显著性(P<0.05),且ILK表达率与肝细胞癌肿瘤大小及病理分级有关(P<0.05)。结论ILK可作为反映肝细胞增生病变程度及生物学行为的指标,对肝细胞增生与癌变的诊断及鉴别有参考价值。

Obiective＇ Study of expression of ILK in liver disease,cirrhosis and hepatocellularcarcinoma in the early stage and its clinical significance.Methods ng immunohistochemical technique （S-P method） to detect ILK in 104 cases of early liver disease,cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.Resu I t The positive rate of ILK in the increased expression of early liver disease,cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.All levels of liver disease,cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma compared the expression rate of ILK with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.And the expression of ILK size and pathology and the rate of hepatocellular carcinoma tumor grading （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion ILK can be used to reflect the degree of liver cell hyperplasia and biological behavior index,there is reference value in diagnosis and differential on liver cell proliferation and carcinogenesis.
