摘要
高师院校内部管理体制改革是高等教育改革和发展的迫切要求 ,也是学校内部发展的客观需求。这一改革有其自身的特殊性 ,要重视解决观念、机构、队伍、分配、后勤等方面较突出的问题 ;要正确处理改革与发展、稳定 ,管理体制改革与教学改革 ,深化改革与加强管理等方面的关系 ;要从实际出发 ,因校制宜 。
Reform of internal management system in normal colleges and universities is to meetthe requirements of higher educational reform and developmentaswell astheirinternal development.Thereform hasits own character- istics,so we should pay particular attention to the solution of remarkable problems such as ideas,institutions,contin- gent,distribution and rear service,etc.We should properly handle the relationship between reform development and stability,reform of managementsystem and teaching reform,and deepening reform and reinforcementof management. Furthermore,we should take specificrelevantmeasuresstarting from reality and suitmeasuresto each college's condi- tions.
