摘要
教师工作价值观研究是目前价值观研究中一个成果较为突出的研究领域。当前,关于教师工作价值观的内涵并没有统一的界定,但达成了共识:教师的工作价值观隶属于个人价值体系,它对于个体在选择教师职业或者从事教师这一职业劳动过程中形成的价值观,以及个体对教师职业的了解、选择、规划、发展都具有非常深刻的影响;教师职业价值观隶属于职业工作价值观理论,如Ginzberg的职业发展理论、Schein的职业锚定理论、Super的自我职业发展理论以及Holland的职业选择理论等;教师工作价值观的测量方法主要有量表法、故事评价法、面谈法。目前,新方法的创新和新角度的考察成为教师工作价值观研究领域发展的新趋势。
Research on teacher work values is a research field with comparatively ample research results in the cur- rent values research. At present, there hasn' t been a unified definition about the connotation of teacher work values, but the following meanings are often expressed: teacher work values belong to the personal value system, exerting a far-reaching influence on the values formed in the individuals' choice of their teaching profession or in the process of them doing the job as well as individual' s understanding, choosing, planning and developing their teaching profession; teachers' professional values belong to the theory of professional work values, like Ginzberg' s professional development theory, Schein' s profes- sional anchor theory, Super' s self-professional development theory and Holland' s professional choice theory; the measure- ment methods of teacher work values mainly include scaling, story-assessing and interview. Currently, the innovation of new methods and the examination of new perspectives have become the new trends for the research on teacher work values.
