摘要
目前,我国学校德育存在道德认知灌输化、道德体验虚拟化、道德实践形式化的误区,同时也面临着信息化、人本主义思想及公民社会的挑战。基于中学生领导力开发的理论研究与实践探索,我国学校的德育工作者要相信学生,尊重学生的参与权和做事权,注重学生的自我体验、感悟、教育和成长。
In the present school moral education of our country exist some misunderstandings like the infusion of moral cognition, the virtualization of moral experience and the formalization of moral practice, and some challenges like in- formalization, humanistic thoughts and civic society. Borrowing the theoretical researches on the exploitation of middle school student leadership and the practical results, the moral educators should believe students, respect students' right of participation and doing things, focus on students' self-experience, awareness, education and growth in the school moral e- ducation of our country.
