摘要
超声波在人体组织传播其强度会随探测深度增加而衰减,因此时间增益补偿电路在超声成像系统中起着重要作用.提出时间增益补偿控制电路的设计方案,模拟电子电路和数字电路设计相结合的方法.经仿真实验证明,该设计方案简单可行,控制信号可靠稳定,能准确补偿超声衰减,有效提高了图像质量.
Ultrasonic energy is absorbed by the penetrated medium and is attenuated with depth. Therefore , TGC plays an important role in ultrasonic imaging. Basic principles of TGC are briefly introduced, and a new design of TGC is proposed in this paper. The proposed design, by the combination of analogical electronics and digital electronic circuit design, is simple and feasible as proved by simulate experiments. Its stable output signal is a precise compensation for ultrasonic attenuation, thus good results are achieved in real ultrasonic imaging.
