摘要 为了提高航空电子设备的检测效率和降低维修成本,解决监测设备种类多、通用性差的问题,提出了1种基于总线的航空电子设备检测系统及其设计方法.该系统以工控机为核心、以各种总线为接口、以I/O接口和A/D变换器为输入输出装置、以ICD文件和测试流程为测试准则,经在某型多普勒导航雷达的检测设备制作中加以验证,测试结果准确有效.该系统适用于大多数的航空电子设备的检测过程,可有效减少检测设备数量,实现检测设备的通用化. In order to improve the detection efficiency and reduce the cost of repair of aviation electronic equipment and to solve the problem of various types of detection equipment and poor versatility, this paper proposes a BUS-based detection system of aviation electronic equipment and its design method. The core of the system is IPC, with various BUS as the interface, the I/O interface and the A/D converter as input and output devices, and the ICD files and detection procedures as testing standards. This system has been verified in the production of detection equipment of a certain type of Doppler navigation radar and the results are accurate and effective. Therefore, this system can be applied to the detection process of the most aviation electronic equipment, can effectively reduce the number of detection equipment and achieve the versatility of the detection equipment.
