摘要
定义了太极拳的核心区域,研究了核心力量理念在太极拳运动中的具体体现.太极拳通过立身中正、气沉丹田和圆裆开胯体现出核心区域的支撑能力和对运动中重心稳定的控制能力;通过中枢神经对核心区深层肌肉的支配控制和呼吸与动作的有效配合,达到增加核心区域肌肉力量和稳固重心的作用.
The core area of taijiquan has been defined and the embodiments of core strength in taijiquan are studied. Both supporting capacity of core area and control ability of orthocenter are embodied in taijiquan exercise by uprlghting body, breath- ing into belly, circling the open crotch. By dominating the deep muscles via nervous centralis and cooperating breathe with ac- tions in taijiquan exercise, muscle strength of core area is increased and barycenter is firmed.
