影响我国高校学报进入国际著名检索系统的原因

Factors to Affect Journals of China's Institutions of Higher Learning to Enter Well－known International Retrieval System

我国高校学报进入《SCI》、《EI》、《SA》、《CA》、日本《科学技术文献速报》、俄罗斯《文摘杂志》等国际著名检索系统进展缓慢。究其原因，与高校学报内容散且杂，专业方向不集中，学科优势不突出，学报出版周期长，编辑人员缺乏进入国际检索系统的意识有关。

It makes slow progress for the journal of China's colleges and universities to enter the well－known international retrieval system including 'SCI”,“EI”,“CA”,“SA”,“Japan's Scientific ＆ Technological Documents”,Russia's“Digest Magazine”etc.Tracing its causes to the source,we can draw a conclusion that the content of journals of colleges and universityies is not only loose but also mixed;the direction of the speciality is not centralized enough and the advantages can't be made conspicuous;the period and the time of journal publications are respectively long and irregular,Journal aditors are lack of the awareness to enter the international retrieval organizations.
