摘要
目的观察一种纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对黏膜的刺激性和皮肤致敏性,评价使用中的安全性。方法采用动物实验法,对该纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂进行动物阴道黏膜、眼睛刺激性和皮肤过敏性试验。结果用含纳米银25μg/ml的该纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对试验家兔阴道黏膜和眼睛黏膜均为无刺激性。动物完整皮肤反复接触该纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂,无皮肤过敏反应。结论该纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对实验动物阴道黏膜和眼黏膜均无刺激性,对动物完整皮肤无致敏作用。
Objective To investigate the irritative effect of one kind of nano sliver gynecological antibacterial spray（ NS- GAS） on mucosa and anaphylactic effect on skin and to evaluate its safety in use. Methods The effects of the NSGAS on vagina, eyes and skin were investigated based on animal experiment methods. Results The NSGAS containing 25 ~g/ml of nano sliver had no irritation effect on mucosa of vagina and eyes of the rabbit. Besides, the spay was not anaphylactic to the whole skin of the rabbit when repeatedly exposed to the spay. Conclusion The NSGAS has no irritation effect on mucosa and is not anaphylactic to skin of the experiment animal.
