56株粘质沙雷菌的分布及其耐药性分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的了解粘质沙雷菌在医院感染中的标本分布和耐药情况,为临床合理选择和应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用病原学标本分离鉴定和药敏试验方法,对医院患者不同标本中粘质沙雷菌进行检测。结果从2007-2012年期间患者临床标本中共分离到粘质沙雷菌56株,分离自血液和痰标本分别占37.5%和30.4%。临床分离的粘质沙雷菌对头孢唑啉、头孢呋辛酯、罗红霉素、呋喃妥因的耐药率均为100%,对氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦等耐药率均超过60%。结论粘质沙雷菌虽然在临床标本中分离率较低,但其对常用抗菌药物耐药性严重,对氨基糖甙类、喹诺酮类、碳青霉烯类等类型抗菌药物比较敏感。 Objective To understand the Serratia marcescens specimen distribution and drug resistance of hospital infection so as to provide the basis for the clinical rational choice and antibiotics. Methods The isolation and identification method of pathogens and susceptibility testing method were used to detect Serratia marcescens in different specimens of our hospital patients. Results From year 2007 - 2012, 56 strains Serratia marcescens were isolated from clinical specimens, and the isolation rates from blood and sputum samples were 37. 5% and 30. 4% respectively. The resistance rates of clini- cal isolates of Serratia marcescens to Cefazolin, Cefuroxime axetil, Roxithromycin, Nitrofurantoin were 100%, and those to AmpiciUin, Ampicillin/sulbactam were over 60%. Conclusion Although the isolation rate of Serratia marcescens in clini- cal specimens is low, its resistance to commonly used antibiotics is serious. Aminoglycosides, Fluoroquinolones, Carbapeneros and other types of antibiotics are more sensitive.
