临床护士消毒液质量管理知识状况调查

SURVEY ON KNOWLEDGE ACQUISITION TOWARD QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF DISINFECTANT FOR NURSES

目的了解临床护士对消毒液质量管理的认知水平与掌握程度,提高医院消毒管理水平。方法采用随机抽样和问卷调查方法,对福州市某三级甲等综合医院的110名临床护士进行消毒相关知识调查。结果该院临床护士对消毒液质量管理知识掌握平均得分为12.74分。具有本科及以上学历的护士得分明显高于专科及以下学历的护士。不同科室和工作年限的护士对消毒液质量管理知识得分无明显差别。临床护士对消毒液质量管理的知识50%来自专业书籍。结论医院临床护士对消毒液质量管理的认知水平和掌握程度普遍偏低,应加强医院消毒相关知识和技能培训。

Objective To investigate the nurses＇ knowledge acquisition toward quality management of disinfectant and its application in clinic. Methods Random sampling method was used to select 110 nurses from a tertiary A hospital in Fuzhou. A questionnaire was applied to conduct the survey. Results The average score of knowledge acquisition toward quality management of disinfectant for the clinical nurses was 15.74. The statistical significance in the total score of knowl- edge acquisition toward quality management of disinfectant between Bachelor degree in Nursing or above and College level or below was found. While the statistical significance in the total score for nurses among different section in the hospital and different working years were not found. Conclusion The knowledge acquisition toward quality management of disinfectant for nurses in this hospital is generally low. So relative knowledge and skill training should be enhanced.
