临床护士锐器伤现状调查及防护措施研究

STUDY ON CURRENT STATUS AND PREVENTION MEASURES OF SHARPS INJURIES AMONG NURSES

目的了解临床护士锐器伤现状及相关影响因素,为进一步制定防护措施提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,对某医院临床护士锐器伤情况进行实际调查。结果该医院临床护士锐器伤发生率为63.76%,外科护士锐器伤发生率为77%,居首位。临床护士锐器伤主要发生环节为操作前的准备及操作过程中;头皮针、安瓿瓶及皮下注射针具为主要伤害器具。94.8%的损伤发生在双手,右手食指刺伤占37.48%,为发生率最高的部位。结论临床护士锐器伤发生率较高,应加强对临床护士的职业防护教育和规范操作流程,实施标准预防措施。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of the sharps injuries among nurses, for providing scientific evidence to develop further prevention measures. Methods The retrospective survey was used to investigate the status of sharps injuries among clinical nurses. Results The sharps injuries incidence rate of hospital clinical nurse was 63.76%, that of the surgical nurses was 77%, which was in the first place. Most sharps injuries events occurred in the preparing and operating process, and the most common causative devices were butterfly needles, Ampoules and unspecified surgical tool. The most common injury site was hand, accounting for 94. 8% of all sharps injuries events. The right index finger took the first high incidence among them , that accounting for 37.48%. Conclusion Sharps injuries rate among clinical nurses is higher. The occupational protection education and standard operation procedure for clinical nurses should be strengthened and standard preventive measures should be implemented.
