摘要
介绍了一种 Fe/ C纳米复合材料的制备方法。二茂铁与萘的混合物在惰性气体 (N2 )保护下于 42 0℃进行自升压共热解反应 ,反应在 42 0℃停留 2 h~ 6 h。可获得一类纳米级 (2 0 nm~ 5 0 nm)单质铁粒子均匀分散于炭基体中的特殊复合材料。延长反应时间 ,炭中的金属粒子的直径略有增加。作为对其性能的评价 ,对该纳米复合材料的磁性能进行了测试 ,结果表明它在常温下表现出典型的软磁性能。
A novel material of iron nanoparticles carbon was prepared from the mixture of ferrocene and naphthalene by heat treatment at 420 ℃ for 2 h^6 h under auto pressure. The diameter of the resulting iron particles dispersed in the carbon matrix is about 20 nm^50 nm. The size and distribution of the iron particles have certain connection with reaction time in the scope of 2 h^6 h, and with the elongation of soaking time, the diameter tends to become larger. In this reaction, naphthalene pyrolyses into a pitch by the catalysis of ferrocene and at the same time ferrocene is reduced to α Fe dispersed in carbon uniformly. The material of nano iron particles dispersed in carbon shows the soft magnetic properties measured by vibrating sample magnetometer and can be used as magnetic recorder materials.
