Whole Station Program Technical Quality Overall Control System

优质的技术质量是广播电视节目实现其价值的先决条件,扬州台遵循广电行业发展规律和理论指导,结合多年实践和台内实际,立足于"全覆盖、全流程,技术手段与制度管理相融合、过程控制与结果管理相结合"的全管理理念,构建了涵盖各类广播电视节目生产的全台节目技术质量总体控制体系(以下简称,质控体系),达到了预期的管理效果。本文不仅阐述了质控体系总体架构,还介绍了自主研发的符合国家技术标准、与质控体系相配套的技术架构,从而保证了技术先进、管理规范,达到技术融合于管理、技术服务于管理的目标。

Under the new situation, how to effectively improve whole station technical quality is a demand to enhance audience's loyalty and the competitiveness, and it also meets SARFT's requirement. In accordance with quality management in modern enterprises, Yangzhou Broadcast and TV Station practices whole station and whole processed multiple quality control, multi sectoral collaboration and central and uniform supervision. Eventually the Yangzhou Station establishes a quality management and control system, featuring combination of result management and whole process supervision. After nearly three years of practice, it has achieved the anticipated management effect. This paper describes the overall architecture of the quality control system.
