摘要
中国城市化正处在土地资源需求高涨和资源紧张的两难窘境。于是,城市建设向地下空间包括既有建筑地下空间的发展已成为中国城市化可持续发展的重要措施之一。介绍了国内外现有地下空间施工中地下连续墙技术发展状况,分析了现有开挖取土式泥浆护壁地下连续墙技术存在的缺陷。着重描述了静力压入式地下连续墙技术的特点及试算方法,认为静力压入式地下连续墙不失为城市密集建筑区域和市政重要生命管线附近的深基坑支护和既有建筑地下空间开发的一种安全便捷永久性刚性围护结构优选技术。
China city urbanization is under dilemma of high land demand and shortage of resources. Therefore, underground space development has become one of the most essential measures for urbanization of China city. In this article we will present some in progress underground space construction and the condition of underground continuous wall technology, and analyze the flaws and defects for the old technology of excavation and concrete retaining wall underground space development. In this presentation we highly emphasize the hallmark and calculation of static indentation underground continuous wall technology, considering such technology can perfectly apply into city building dense area, civic major pipeline which surrounded deep foundation pit and also existence underground space construction, in order to provide safe and convenient permanent tough exterior protected underground space development's technology.
