分析了离心因数、长径比、滤池深度、速差、螺旋导程和螺距等影响细煤泥脱水回收设备分离效果及处理能力的因素,针对不同因素及维修困难的原因,制定了新型NBO固液分离设备的技术路线。

Setup was the technical train of though for a new NBO centrifuge for solid-liquid separation of fine coal slime based on analyses of influential factors on its performance and throughput such as centrifugal factor,length-diameter ratio,depth of filtration pond,differential speed,travel length of spiral and spiral pitch; difficulties of its maintenance also taken into account.
