摘要
论述了熔池输入功率对电渣锭表面及内部质量的影响,介绍了鄂钢20t板坯电渣重熔炉投产以来的供电制度摸索过程,总结了对于不同钢种功率摸索的一般方法,并分析了造成重熔过程中炉口功率不可控的原因及解决炉口功率不可控的思路。
This paper discussed the impact of power supply on the surface and internal quality of ESR ingot and introduced the exploration process of power supply system of 20t slab electroslag remelting furnace since it was put into production in Ecsteel.The general methods for the exploration of power to different steels were summed up.The reason of the furnace mouth power uncontrollable in the remelting process was analyzed and the solution idea was given.
