摘要
针对广东沿海地震、水土流失、崩塌、滑坡、地裂缝、地面沉降、岩溶塌陷、软土地基形变等地质灾害发育历史与现状 ,从土地开发利用的风险与费用出发 ,构建了一套地质环境评价的指标体系 ,包括活动断裂、历史地震、地形起伏度、地形坡度、沟谷密度、水土流失程度、崩滑密度、地裂缝密度、土体承载力等。通过指标量化分级、指标赋权和构造隶属函数 ,构建了模糊数学综合评价模型 ,对广东沿海 190单元进行了运算 ,将广东沿海陆地地质环境划分五级 17个亚区 ,为广东沿海2 1世纪土地开发利用和防灾减灾等提供了决策依据。
Guangdong coast is a friable region on geoenvironment. In the past earthquake, soil erosion, landslips, landslides, karst sink, ground fissure, land subsidence, soft-soil deformation have caused considerable property damage and casualties. According to risk and control fee for land development, the geoenvironment of Guangdong coast are classified into tectonic stability, slope stability and groundsill stability. And a index system for evaluating geoenvironment, including active faults, earthquake activities, relief height, slope gradient, gulch incision density, soil erosion intensity, densities of landslips and landslides, soil mass carrying capacity and ground fissure density, was set up. On the basis of five-rank classification of geoenvironment quality, the weightings of 9 factors and establishment of index linearity subjection function, a fuzzy mathematic model for multifactor comprehensive assessment has been developed. 190 units of Guangdong coast are processed with the model, and the land geoenvironment of Guangdong coast are classified into 5 grades and 17 subregions, which provide the decision-making basis for land development and hazard preventing and mitigation of the region in 21st century.
