基于多维模型的宁夏回族生态移民文化适应研究

Cultural Adaptation of Hui Ecological Migrants in Ningxia with Multidimensional Model

在对宁夏红寺堡区调查的基础上,基于文化适应的多维模型理论,从婚姻、饮食、宗教信仰及传统节日四个方面分析了回族生态移民的文化适应策略,并从文化差异、歧视与偏见、社会支持、居住时间、自愿与非自愿、交往意愿与交往能力、人口统计学因素七个方面总结了回族生态移民文化适应的影响因素,并提出了消除民族歧视偏见、合理配置民族构成比例、建立健全宗教设施、完善优惠政策、扩大劳务输出、普及学校及社会教育等六项对策建议,以进一步促进回族生态移民的文化适应。

Based on the research on Hongsibu studies and the cultural adaptation of multidimensional model theory,in this article, the authors will make an analysis on cultural adaptation strategies of Hui Muslim ecological migrants by their marriage, diet, religion and traditional festivals etc. Meanwhile, factors influenced to the migrants, such as cultural differences, discrimination and prejudice, social sup- port,length of inhabitation, active and forced, interactive intension and competences, and demographics etc. ,are summarized. In order to promote the Hui Muslim ecological migrants＇ cultural adaptation,the authors suggestion that,six measures such as eliminating the ethnic prejudice,reasonably allocating pro- portion of different ethnic groups, perfecting the ethnic religious facilities, perfecting the preferential policies and measures, expanding the export of labor services, popularizing the school and the social education, be taken into consideration.
