摘要
目的对速效救心丸治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效进行客观评价。方法速效组43例患者舌下含服速效救心丸治疗,芬必得组41例口服芬必得治疗,月月舒组29例冲服月月舒痛经宝颗粒治疗。结果速效组总有效率90.70%,芬必得组为80.49%,月月舒组为100.00%。速效组起效时间明显短于其他2组,痛经伴随症状有明显改善,优于芬必得组。结论速效救心丸治疗原发性痛经疗效满意。
Objective To review objectively the definite curative effect of Suxiao Jiuxin Wan on primary dysmenorrheal.MethodsSuxiao Jiuxin Wan group（n=43） was treated with sublingual Suxiao Jiuxin Wan,Fenbid group（n=41）,with oral Fenbid Capsules,and Yueyueshu Granules group（n=29）,with Yueyueshu Granules.ResultsThe total effective rate was 90.70% in Suxiao Jiuxin Wan group,80.49% in Fenbid group and 100.00% in Yueyueshu Granules group.The onset time of medicinal is significantly shorter in Suxiao Jiuxin Wan group than that in other two groups,and the symptoms of primary dysmenorrheal were significantly relieved in Suxiao Jiuxin Wan group.ConclusionSuxiao Jiuxin Wan has the reliable curative effect on primary dysmenorrheal.
