摘要
本文主要总结了世界上四个著名钻石加工贸易中心——安特卫普、以色列、纽约、印度的成功经验,在此基础上,提出了中国钻石产业发展所需要的内外部条件。
Based on a brief review of the current diamond centers in the world, i.e., Antwerp, Israel, New York and India, the paper summarizes the lessons and experiences from these centers. Comments and suggestions are provided at the end of the paper for the development of Chinese diamond industry and market.
