煤系高岭岩的应用研究——氯化焙烧及合成4沸石

Study on application of coal-bearing kaolin ——chlorate-roast and synthesizing 4-zeolite

通过对样品的氯化焙烧增白、合成 4A 沸石工艺的试验研究 ,分析探讨了试验过程中温度和时间等相关的控制因素 ,并确定了试验工艺的最佳配方比例、最佳温度和晶化时间等工艺过程的控制条件。

This laboratory research is about chlorate roast technics and synthesizing 4A zeolite technics of hard kaolin. Temperature and time as well as other relative control elements of the experiment process is analysed in this pater. And the optimal ration scale, temperature, crystal lization time and other control conditions of this technics is also discussed.
