摘要
目的探讨自编图文式健康教育手册在社区孕妇自我保健中的应用效果。方法将1:20例社区孕妇按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各60例,观察组由社区护士运用自编的图文式健康教育手册对孕妇实施一对一培训,给予讲解、示范和指导、参与、互动和角色扮演;对照组给予常规的,由课题组护士在短时间内进行一人对群体的5次课堂式健康教育讲座。结果生产2个月后对两组产妇自我保健及新生儿保健知识掌握情况进行比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);分娩方式比较,观察组自然分娩顺产率、经阴道助产率、剖宫产率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);社区孕产妇系统管理率及达标率与上年度比较分别提高了3.64%和59.49%。结论运用图文式孕产妇保健手册对社区孕产妇进行健康教育效果较好,值得推广使用。
] Objective To explore the effect of graphic style manual of health education on community pregnant woman'self - care. Methods A total of 120 patients with community pregnant women were randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. In the observation group, graphic style manual of health education was used to train the pregnant woman one to one with explanation, demonstration and guidance, participation, interaction and role - play. The control group was received routine short period of time by a group of nurses in one of five groups of health education in the form of classroom - style. Results The mastery of maternal self - care and newborn health knowledge after childbirth 2 months in the two groups were compared. The observation group was superior to the control group, the difference was significantly (P 〈 0.01 ). Mode of delivery was compared between two groups, there were significantly differences in the rate of natural childbirth, the rate of vaginal midwifery, cesarean section rate ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; community maternal system management rate and compliance rate in comparison with the previous year increased by 3.64% and 59.49%. Conclusions The effects of graphic style manual of health education on community pregnant woman is good. It is worthy spreading in clinic.
