摘要
对物体在浓相流化床中的受力情况进行了理论和实验研究 ,结果表明 :运动物体在流化床中除受到重力外 ,还主要受到拟流体静压分布产生的浮力和流化粒子与物体相对运动产生的曳力作用 .物体在流化床中受到的浮力基本遵守 Archimedes原理 ,等于所排开拟流体的重力 .流化床的流变特性为 Bingham粘塑性流体 ,流化粒子作用在物体上的曳力可由修正的
The forces on an object moving in dense fluidized beds were studied experimentally and theoretically. The result shows that besides the gravity, the major forces on the object are the efficient buoyancy due to hydrostatic pressure distribution and the drag formed by the relative motion between the object and the fluidized particles. The buoyancy of an object in fluidized bed is basically governed by the Archimedes’ principle. The rheological characteristics of the fluidized bed can be described by Bingham fluid model. The drag coefficient can be calculated by modifying the Reynolds number of drag formula for Newtonian fluids.
