摘要
On November, 26th, 2013, the 3rd Plenary Session of the 6th CTPRA Council Conference as well as the China Textile Development Seminar, organized by China Textile Planning Research Association （CTPRA）, was held in the city of Beijing. Featuring the theme of ＂New Situation, New Thinking＂, the Seminar especially invited representatives from government, textile industrial organizations, large-scaled domestic textile group and enterprises to share with the attendees the experience on industrial development, upgrading and transformation.
