摘要
随着国家能源开发战略布局重点西移和西部大开发战略的推进 ,陕西省煤炭工业的发展将面临着新的机遇和挑战。在这些新的形势下 ,本文结合陕西省煤炭工业的发展历程、发展特点以及陕西省煤炭工业发展现状 ,总结分析了影响陕西省煤炭工业可持续发展的七大核心问题 ,并提出了相应的对策。这些为省政府有关部门制定全省煤炭工业可持续发展的有关政策或法规奠定了一定的基础 ,同时 ,也为全省煤炭企业进行改组改制、实现可持续发展提供了一定的参考。
With the focal point of the strategy of energy development moving to the western China and the strategy of the western development being carried out, the coal industry of Shaanxi will be faced with some new opportunities and challenges. Based on the development history, character and condition of Shaanxi coal industry, seven key problems affecting the sustainable development of coal industry in Shaanxi were summarized and analyzed. Some countermeasures were put forward. These studies not only lay the foundation for the government to formulate relevant policies and rules about sustainable development of coal industry in Shaanxi, but also offer some references for coal enterprises to reorganize, reform, and realize their sustainable development.
