On the localization of Career Guidance System Construction and Perfection——As a Learning form U.S. Colleges and Universities

目前我国高校就业指导体系存在着形式化、随意化,系统性、科学性、全程性、创新性不足等现象与问题,因此借鉴美国高校就业指导教育的成功经验,解读美国高校就业指导体系的特征,分析我国高校就业指导体系的现状和问题,探索如何加强我国大学生就业指导教育体系和服务体系的建设,具有现实意义。

As the employment situation for college students comes to be increasingly complex and severe, career guidance and education in colleges and universities highlights its growing importance. At present, a serious of problems remain in career guidance system in Chinese higher education such as formalization, randomness as well as a serious lack of systematicness, scientificalness, wholeness and innovativeness. Given the above situation, it is of greatly practical importance to draw on the successful experience of career guidance in higher education in the United States, interpret the characteristics of American career guidance system, analyze the status and problems of American counterpart in China, and thereby explore how to strengthen the construction of career guidance system and service system in Chinese higher education.
