高校思想政治教育工作和大学生就业指导工作,历来都是党中央、国务院高度重视的工作,两者相互联系,相互促进,共同服务于大学生的成长成才。思想政治教育在大学生就业指导中具有重要促进作用,有助于解决大学生在就业观念、就业心态、职业规划意识、就业创业品质、就业权益维护等思想层面的问题,进一步促进大学生在就业中实现人尽其才、学以致用,促进高等教育更好地服务于经济社会发展。
