摘要
当代我国大学生就业形势严峻,就业率比较低,待业人数众多,结构矛盾日益突出。造成这一问题,需要从政府、高校、用人单位和大学生四方面进行路径选择,确定合理、可行的对策和建议:(1)政府要为大学生就业创造良好的外部就业环境;(2)高校需要对专业设置和课程安排进行持续的更新和优化,与市场对人才的需求相对接;(3)用人单位应该解放思想,更新观念,树立正确的用人观;(4)大学生要不断提高自身的含金量,实事求是,树立正确的职业价值观。
Nowadays, college students are faced with a severe employment situation marked by the structural imbalance between a relatively low employment rate and a large number of unemployed people. To solve this problem, feasible countermeasures must be implemented considering the four factors include government, universities, employers and students. For instance, the government shall create a favorable environment for college students＇ employment; Universities shall rearrange its curriculum to meet the market＇s demand; The employers shall be more flexible in its selecting and using talents; Students must improve their abilities and develop active occupational values.
