高校职业规划教育全程化途径研究——以郑州部分高校为例 被引量:1

A Method Research on the Longterm Education of the Career Planning in Colleges and Universities

摘要 目前,我国大学生的职业规划呈现职业目标不明确、职业价值观偏颇、职业需求分阶段差异化等特点。而我国高校的职业规划教育仍处在摸索阶段,还不能完全解决大学生职业规划教育中出现的问题,因而需要建立一套以价值观教育为主线,分阶段分层次的全程化指导为框架的职业规划教育体系,力争优化现有培养模式,使职业规划教育更加科学化、合理化。 At present, College students' career planning in our country appear the following characteristics : career goals are not clear, professional values is not appropriate and professional demand differentiation in stages .However, career planning education in colleges and universities is still in groping stage in our country, it still can't solve the problems completely in college students' career planning education,thus the values education as the main line, the whole course guide in stages and hierarchical for the framework of career planning education need to build, which strive to optimize the mode of cultivating existing, and then make the career planning education more scientific and rationalization.
