摘要
在Possion-Boltzman方程的基础上建立了一个DNA通过圆柱形固态纳米孔的模型,对孔内电势、离子浓度等物理量进行描述,计算离子电流,并且分析溶液浓度对离子电流变化的影响:当溶液浓度取值较大时,DNA分子的通过会使离子电流变小;反之,当取值较小时,离子电流则会增大。
With the help of Possion-Bolztmann Equation,which describes the electrical potential,the ionic, concentralion inside the nanupore,a model of DNA's transloeation through nanopore is built,the ionic eurrent is calculated and the effeet of solution eoneentrate on ionic c, urrent is analyzed. With the DNA's translocating through the nanopnre,ionic current dec, reases when a highly concentrated solution ix chosen and increases vehen lowly.
