摘要
为了实现电动汽车动力电池组中多个锂电池的串、并联,并使其满足可靠性高、耐疲劳性优异等要求,其连接方法采用了精密电阻点焊。文中通过对其点焊工艺参数进行了正交实验优化,得到动力电池组点焊的最优参数,即焊接电流3kA、焊接时间2.5ms、电极压力35N。该实验结果对生产实践具有一定指导作用,有良好的推广应用价值。
In order to obtain joints with high reliability and excellent fatigue resistance, precise resistance spot welding is used to series parallel of multiple automotive power battery. Process parameters in orthogonal experiment are optimized, the optimal parameters of power battery welding are obtained, that the wehting current is 3kA, welding time is 2.5ms, electrode pressure is 35N. The experimental results have certain guiding significance for practical production, it has good application value.
