摘要
针对当前人工对钢轨几何尺寸的手工测量存在检查率低、工作效率低、人为检查误差大的现状,提出了基于CCD成像和激光三角测距的非接触式测量方法。通过一次测量完成钢轨的扭曲度、弯曲度和外形尺寸精确检测,并通过计算机图形图像处理技术自动生成钢轨外形的仿真图。该方法测量过程全自动在线完成,避免了人工的参与和干预,具有重复性能好、故障率低、精度高的优点。
The current manual measurement of the rail geometry size has disadvantage of low check rate, low working efficiency, human check error. The method of non'--contact measurement based on CCD imaging and laser triangulation ranging was proposed. Through a accurate measurement of the distortion, bending, and overall dimensions of rail, computer graphics image processing technology is used to automatically generate rail shape simulation diagram. As automatic online measurement process is completed without artificial participation and intervention. The method has advantages of good performance, low failure rate, high precision.
